Lubricator (AL Series) for pneumatic systems pressure regulator operation a Akari pneumatic products
lubricator injects oil into an airline to provide lubrication to the internal working parts of pneumatic tools, and to other devices such as actuating cylinders, valves and motors.
This should always be the last element in an FRL (Filter-Regulator-Lubricator) unit. If an FRL is connected “backwards” with incoming air connected to the lubricators, oil-laden air interferes with pressure regulator operation, oil is separated from the air stream and drained by the filter, and very little or none is delivered to connected equipment.
The features of an lubricator unit :
- Removes 99.99% of the water and 93% oil in compressed air lines
- Excellent way to remove water at the point of use
- Automatic drain w/manual override
- New Modular Design
- Optimum machinery functionality
- Ease of access
- Prolonged system life
- Reduced installation costs
- Shut off valves for isolated systems
- Can be mounted by wall brackets
