• Utilizing CHT (Core Heating Technology), the filament is split internally, increasing surface contact with heat and ensuring faster, more uniform melting. This results in improved layer adhesion, reduced print time, and consistent extrusion even at high speeds.
• The bi-metal construction combines a high-thermal-conductivity copper body with hardened steel inserts, providing excellent resistance against abrasive, fiber-filled, and particle-loaded filaments.
• A durable nickel coating enhances wear resistance, corrosion protection, and smooth filament flow.
