Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all major serviceable PIN codes across India.

Deliveries are handled through our trusted courier partners including Delhivery, DTDC, Professional Courier, Shree Tirupati, and India Post for remote and rural locations.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Customized, made-to-order, or bulk quantity items may require additional handling time, and you will be notified accordingly.
  • We ship from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary based on the courier partner and your shipping address.

  • Tamil Nadu / South India: 2–4 working days
  • Metro Cities: 3–6 working days
  • Rest of India: 5–8 working days
  • Remote/Rural regions: 7–12 working days

The expected delivery date shown at checkout is an estimate and may vary depending on courier operations.

Shipping Cost

Additional charges may apply for oversized, fragile, or multi-box orders.

Delivery Issues

  • The delivery date and time quoted by novo3D are approximate estimates.
  • Delivery timelines may change after dispatch due to weather conditions, operational challenges, routing delays, or unforeseen circumstances with the courier company.
  • If there is a delay beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us. Our team will follow up with the courier partner and keep you updated on the revised delivery timeline.
  • If the package appears damaged, tampered, or unsealed, refuse delivery and contact us immediately at +91-8608606600. We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
  • If the package was accepted and damage is noticed later, share clear photos/videos within 48 hours for verification and resolution.

Undeliverable Packages

Your shipment may be returned to us if:

  • The address is incorrect or incomplete
  • The phone number is unreachable
  • The customer is unavailable during multiple delivery attempts
  • The package is refused at the doorstep

If the shipment is returned for any of these reasons, re-shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed after deducting forward and return shipping charges.

Pre-Order Items

  • Products marked as Pre-Order will display estimated availability or dispatch timelines on the product page.
  • Full payment is required to secure your order.
  • Orders will be shipped once stock arrives at our warehouse.
  • In case of supplier/manufacturer delays, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp with updated timelines.

Store Pickup / Self-Collection

Store Pickup / Self-Collection is available from our warehouse/showroom.

  • Select “Store Pickup” during checkout to collect your order in person.
  • Pickup timings: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  • You will receive a WhatsApp notification once your order is ready for pickup.
  • Required data at time of collecting your package your Order ID and the registered mobile number for verification.
