Order Tracking Information – novo3D

At novo3D, you can easily check the current status of your order using your Order ID and Billing Email. Once your order is placed, it is processed within 24–48 hours. After dispatch, a tracking ID is shared with you via email and SMS.

How to Track Your Order

To track your order, you need two details:

  • Order ID – found in your order confirmation email.
  • Billing Email – the email you used during checkout.

Enter these details on the Track My Order page and click the Track button. Your shipment status, location updates, and courier information will appear.

Tracking ID Not Updating?

If your tracking information shows no movement or displays “Tracking ID Not Found,” please allow 6–12 hours for courier systems to sync. This delay is normal during peak hours.

Store Pickup Orders

Store pickup orders may not display courier tracking information. Please contact us directly if you selected pickup.
